You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items should be unworn, unused, and where possible in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as Héline Jewelry is not responsible for lost return packages sent without tracking.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
